  • Keep water high against the risk of dehydration.
  • Eat all types of vegetables, especially green vegetables. 
  • Eat fruits of all types, especially citrus and hydrating fruits. Watermelon, orange, strawberry, and grapefruit are some of the best choices. 
  • Foods with vitamins, especially A and C, are good for skin.
  • Citrus fruits will promote collagen production and damage repair. 
  • Antioxidant fruits will make things better.
  • Add seafood, lean meat, and eggs in balanced quantities.
